Tombo, Pedro Lomboy Castillo (YOB. 1977, Osorno) Architect and artist based in the Port of Valparaíso since 1996. His experience with painting started in the late ‘90s, focusing most of his experience on graffiti and murals throughout South America, Europe, and North America. His first works on canvas were presented at the Neurotitan Gallery in Berlin, Germany (2015). Since then, he has held exhibitions at the Mancha Gallery in Lima, Peru (2019); the Contemporary Art Fair of Chile (Ch.ACO) in Santiago, Chile (2021); the Sofía Hott Cultural Center in Osorno, Chile (2022); and at Bosques Brewery in Puerto Varas, Chile (2023). Nowadays, he works with different formats using various techniques, constructing abstract and minimalist spatialities through overlaying and the negation of form and color.His works have had worldwide reach, including Chile, Argentina, Peru, Mexico, Spain, The Netherlands, Brazil (São Paulo), Japan (Tokyo), USA (New York), and Germany (Berlin).
